Ode to Metamorphosis explores the quiet mystery of transformation, the moment between what we once were and what we are yet to become.
A solitary female figure emerges within the wings of a butterfly, surrounded by flowing botanical forms and softly curling roses. Is she becoming the butterfly, or has the butterfly become part of her? The boundary between woman and nature is deliberately left uncertain.
With its dreamlike symmetry and gentle, otherworldly presence, the Art Screen is an ode to change, renewal and the beauty of becoming something new.__________
Each Art Screen is constructed from solid pine panels and painted by hand using soft body acrylics. Once complete, the artwork is carefully varnished to protect the painted surface.Dimensions
